Our 20mm Plum Slate is a natural chipping derived from Welsh Slate quarries. Also known as Welsh Slate, it has colour hues ranging between Plum and Plum/Blue depending on the slate veins being worked. Our 20mm Plum Slate is utilised in numerous landscaping applications including use in and around water features and is ideal for creating paths and patio areas as the flat 5-30mm chippings lock together creating a flat comfortable walking surface.
Slate chippings are not suitable for use on driveways as vehicle movements will crush the slate chippings down over time.
