I writing to say I am pleased with the coal delivery. The driver was obliging and split open the coal bags and poured the coal into the coal bunker, situated a garage length into the back garden from the service road. However he did say that not all drivers were so obliging and instructions would be to deliver the bags unopened onto the premises . This would have been a major problem for us as pensioners and we would not re order if delivery to the coal bunker was not part of the service. Barbara Bates

Thank you so much for the delivery of topsoil and turf last week. The online ordering process was very easy and being able to choose a delivery date completed the online transaction smoothly. The delivery location was not an easy one to make but the driver made it look easy! The soil was duly wheel-barrowed up the back garden and the turf laid in temperatures of 30 degrees!
